OUR EXPERTISE / 01
Trade finance
Take the transaction further. Keep the structure clear.
Discuss your requirements
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Connect import and export requirements with an informed funding, payment-security and documentary process.
An order connects a buyer and a supplier. Making it work also means aligning procurement, shipment, documentation and payment. Our intended trade-finance role is to help businesses structure that requirement and act as an intermediary in discussions with suitable financial institutions, within the applicable permissions and arrangements. The scope covers import and export funding, documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees, standby letters of credit and receivables-based requirements. A commodity trader may need a facility aligned with a procurement cycle; a manufacturer may need to bridge an overseas equipment purchase; an exporter may need to understand the cash gap before buyer payment. We bring the commercial purpose, use of funds, repayment source and documentary conditions into one transaction brief, then support information exchange and follow-up. Invade Enterprise does not issue banking instruments or promise their acceptance. Credit, compliance, pricing, issuance and final terms remain with the authorised institution and relevant counterparties.
Invade Enterprise is in its development phase. Service availability depends on relevant authorisations, institutional arrangements, location and eligibility. Providers retain their own decisions; no funding, return or instrument issuance is guaranteed.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A little more
understanding.
01Which trade-finance requirements can I discuss?
The intended scope includes import and export funding, documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees, SBLCs, purchase-order finance, receivables and supply-chain requirements. The underlying transaction, jurisdiction, permissions and institution determine what is actually available.
02Can you issue or guarantee an LC, bank guarantee or SBLC?
No. Invade Enterprise does not issue banking instruments or guarantee approval, monetisation or beneficiary acceptance. Instruments must come from an appropriately authorised institution and be independently verified through recognised banking channels.
03What is useful for an initial trade enquiry?
Describe your business, goods, buyer and supplier locations, transaction value, currency, payment terms, timing and the gap you want to finance. Do not send identity records or confidential financial files in an initial website enquiry.
04Is trade finance the same as a normal business loan?
A trade requirement is linked to a specific commercial flow, such as procurement, shipment, documentary presentation or collection. A general business facility can serve a wider operating or investment purpose. An institution must assess the actual structure and repayment source in each case.
