Business finance
Give your growth plan a financial foundation.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Bring working capital, productive assets and expansion needs to financial institutions with a coherent commercial case.
Growth can create pressure long before it generates cash. A larger order may require more inventory; a new production line may tie up capital; a longer customer payment cycle may stretch an otherwise sound business. Our business-finance proposition combines funding readiness with a broking role between the business and suitable financial institutions, where permitted. It starts with the operating need, amount, duration and proposed source of repayment. We help organise cash-flow assumptions, financial information, existing commitments, security considerations and the commercial rationale behind the request. The intended scope covers working capital, machinery, receivables, expansion and refinancing, subject to the relevant permissions and institutional arrangements. The aim is a clear proposal and an informed comparison of any actual terms offered, including cost, conditions and obligations. Invade Enterprise does not lend its own funds or sanction credit. The institution remains responsible for due diligence, eligibility, pricing, security and disbursement; a prepared proposal does not assure funding.
Invade Enterprise is in its development phase. Service availability depends on relevant authorisations, institutional arrangements, location and eligibility. Providers retain their own decisions; no funding, return or instrument issuance is guaranteed.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A little more
understanding.
01Is this only for large corporates?
The intended audience includes MSMEs, manufacturers, distributors and established businesses as well as corporates. Suitability depends on the requirement, information available and any institution-specific eligibility criteria.
02Can you help with equipment or expansion finance?
That is within the intended scope. The funding case considers the commercial purpose, project or asset cost, cash contribution, expected cash flows and existing obligations. A provider must independently decide whether it can offer a facility.
03Does Invade Enterprise provide the loan itself?
No. The proposed role is financial intermediation and application support, within the applicable permissions. Lending, sanction, facility terms and disbursement remain with the relevant bank, NBFC or other authorised financial institution.
04Do you publish standard funding rates or approval timelines?
No. Rates, costs, security, terms and turnaround depend on the provider and case. An initial discussion is not a credit offer, approval or commitment to a delivery date.
